Living our Faith, Serving our Community

Our current buildings are no longer able to accommodate the growing number of people and activities.

Resurrection Catholic Parish began in 1974 with 200 households. Today the parish serves nearly 1,100 families and continues on a path of rapid growth. The Faith Formation Center will more efficiently serve the approximately 350 students enrolled in our religious education programs.

Appropriate accommodations for our youth ministry and recreational activities will be one key factor in establishing a dynamic program that, in turn, will be critical to the development and nurturing of our future leaders and members in a vibrant Catholic faith community.

Our growth includes new ministries and staff who will also be better served with new offices, a youth center and additional class/meeting rooms. We want to continue our growth and outreach to the community and to be able to serve potentially 2000 families in the near future.

The Faith Formation Center will:

  • Provide necessary class and meeting rooms for ministries, programs and parish staff.
  • Consolidate new ministries and staff in one facility.
  • Be directly adjacent to the Church.
  • Benefit the entire parish community.
  • Provide greater access for existing parking and other parish buildings.
  • Provide new facilities, including a library and adoration chapel

Plans call for a two story facility with additional handicapped parking and new access. See a video of the Parish Master Plan.
