Help the Knights Help You

The Knights of Columbus are the Men’s Ministry here at Resurrection. They are the world's largest Catholic fraternal service organization. Founded in the United States in 1882, it is named in honor of Christopher Columbus and dedicated to the principles of Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism. Beyond being all of these things, this is the largest spiritual, social and outreach group for men in this Parish.
Next Saturday, The Resurrection Knights of Columbus throw one of the best-loved fund-raisers of the year with the Crab and Chowder Fest from 4 to 7:30 PM. When you come to the dinner, you can socialize and have a delicious dinner. As a bonus, your funds support the Knights to raise money for the Faith Formation Center. Most importantly, our attendance at this event expresses our support for the Knights of Columbus and all of their causes. From bibles for our teens, to sleeping-bags for the homeless, this ministry puts your money where your heart is throughout our Church, our town and our state.
We ask for your attendance and support, and in exchange they will put in countless hours of their own time and energy to serve the youth of our Church, the vulnerable in our area, and, so vitally, each other.
