Faith Formation

The journey of faith is a journey that lasts a lifetime.  We continue to grow in faith throughout our lives. As we grow in age, we grow in wisdom and grace.  The writers at Sacred Space point out that faith formation is not the same as a self-improvement program.  We do not learn to meditate in order to lower our blood pressure (though that may well be a side effect).  Faith formation is a relationship with the Loving God who created us out of love and for love.  When we pray, we spend time with God and deepen that relationship.  Read Psalm 46:  "Be still and know that I am God."  You are invited to join RCIA and spend some time each week exploring and sharing your own journey of faith.
