The Preists in Concert

So here's the story. A couple weeks ago Pat B. loaned me this wonderful CD of three northern Irish priests who put out a platinum selling CD. It was great music and it had a recording of the Ave Verum Corpus we sang at Holy Thursday. I was listening to KBVM (Catholic Radio) this past Friday and heard one of the priest in an interview. I later found out that they will be in concert in Portland this coming Wednesday. (May 9th at the Aladdin Theater, 7:30pm) There are too many things lining up for me not to go to this concert. I am planning on buying tickets tomorrow afternoon and go with Pat. If ay of you would like to join us let me know. Tickets range from $29-45. I am leaning towards the 29. Let me know ASAP if you are interested and I can get seats for us together. Best way to get a hold of me is my cell. 503-501-8097

Please pray for my mother Mabel Osborne.  She has been ill and must have 24 hr. care.  She went to a nursing home yesterday.

Try using http://suesamazingadventure.wordpress.com. It might do it. Got to try to sleep. I start practice teaching tomorrow.

We are rying to get to Sue Spicers blog to hear about her adventures in Praque, but I put in www.suesamazingadventure.workpress.com and it just told me I have a wrong address.

Anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong?

Hi everyone!

I got this "brilliant" idea this morning while walking the dog. How about all of us wear something shiny- glitter, sequins, etc. We can be the "Christmas star". What do you think?

Jim and I had a GREAT time last night having everyone over to our place. Thanks Nichlas and Fil for playing the duets together. It was a lot of fun! Loved the jazz and blues courtesy of Steve and Nichlas. We are all so fortunate to have music in our lives and to share it together. Let's do this again. Nancy DeClark

Hi Nichlas, I received both messages in my email inbox, the first from Diane which included the message text, followed by yours alerting me of a comment made by you on the Choir ministry page but not the comment itself. Dianes message was a good example of how a group announcement can be made by clicking the "Send Message To Ministry" link. I think your message is a good example of how a conversation can be started (like ours now) where your posting a comment. Members of the Choir ministry don't see the comment text you posted in their email notice but receive a link that will direct them back to the Choir ministry page where they can read and comment on your post. This is a test to see if people get emails notifications from the comment wall. I am trying to figure out the best way to use this website. Diane sent us all an email to see if we got the info for her concert. Maybe this will be another way we could send and share information.
