Tom,
Thanks for the info on approval. Got the pictures there but they're not in the right sequence. Want the Mass first and then the reception but that's not the way they went on the web site. Can I sort on the web site or should I remove and then reload in the reverse order?

Tom-

I am writing in response to the post you made on the music ministry wall. For some reason I didn't get either of the email notifications. I will check if there are any filters on my profile. Or maybe it's an administrative thing? Ideas?

I also wanted to let you know that I am still having problems with the "note" function on the music ministry page. It all comes back to the formatting issues. The problem I notice is that first off it isn't consistent. Sometimes when I hit "return" on the keyboard (in edit mode) it works sometimes it doesn't. I tried to enter line breaks in the HTML but that isn't consistent either. Secondly every time I edit the note it resets itself. For example... The note looks great, I go into the edit mode and add some info. When I save it much of the formatting is all messed up. What I have been doing is that every time I go into to edit mode I scan the entire page looking for errors. If I forget one I have to go into edit mode again and do the whole thing over and even after that it still isn't consistent. This wouldn't be a problem on a page that doesn't change much but I am sometime updating things 2-3 times a week. I don't mean to send you a frustrating note, I just spend a lot of time fixing errors and if there is a way to do it better I would like to know. Just trying to learn and find the best way.

Thanks as always, Nichlas

P.S. Just to let you know. I have had no problems in the "Note Pages". (the ones with the Rich text options)

Tom-

Thanks for fixing the spelling error in the Taize Ministry. (you notice I didn't spell it right. It takes to long to look up the symbol) I also requested to join the youth band. As for the links on the music page I just hadn't added them because I was waiting until I was able to finish editing the specific music ministry pages. I plan to have this all done this week and I will then invite my choir to join and we can start the testing process. Please let me know if there is anything I should let them know. Thanks again for all your help and I am really looking forward to seeing this come together.

In Christ, Nichlas

How does one create a page under the "Ministries" pull-down menu? I would like to create a page for the Peace & Justice ministry wherein we could conduct and manage our sign-ups for volunteers at the Downtown Chapel. It would make it easier on our group if we could limit the number of people signed up to work a particular day, and also allow new people to have priority for available spots over people who have work previously.

Tom,
I added the Breaking bread prayer to the page as you suggested - I wasn't able to enhance the font or use the bold - not sure why.
I also wondered - if we want to add more items to the text - do the new items just expand the box, or does just one thing show up at a time. I wasn't sure how to expand.
Also, if you want to post a pdf file to your page ( ie, a schedule that members would open and print on their own computer) does that work from the text box as well? I wasn't sure how multiple items fit in one text box.
