Need for Sacristans

We have only 4 Sacristans for the 4:30 Saturday Mass.  How can we get more since Jessie and Joan are two of the 4?

Hi John, Merry Christmas and thanks for the wonderful photos you posted of Christmas at church this year!

There is documentation explaining how to post the PDF file (bulletin) in the Website Admin Manual I created for the admin staff. However, Nichlas told me a month ago that Joelle Schaal has taken over updating the Bulletin page. Fr. Bill has asked that any requests for changes in website management to be sent through him. If you want me to grant you the rights to edit the Bulletin Page please have him send me the request and I'll make that happen. Also, I can send you the admin manual that explains how to post the PDF bulletin file. Sincerely, Tom

Hi John, thanks for noticing the Offic Hours for Friday being incorrect. Would you please notify Karen or Jennifer about the change. They have access to the website for such updates. Hope all going well with your photo uploads (I really like all your work) and that the article on Tagging has been helpful. :*) -Tom

Hi John, I found a really good article (it's brief) that explains what photo tagging is and how it works. I think this will be a very useful technique for you as you organize the parish photos. If you need any help or have any questions about photo tagging please don't hesitate to ask me. We could even have a telephone conversation or meet face to face if you like. You can find the article here: http://bit.ly/9thMl9 . Sincerely, Tom

Hi John, you change the order of your photos by going back to the album page and clicking on the Edit Album link. You'll now be viewing the album page where you originally dragged the photos into your album box where they currently reside. You can drag individuals photos within your album box and drop them in front of others to order them the way you like. Also, because there may be multiple album pages, you may have to move some photos back to the photo box on the left, then switch album page to where you want that photo, then drag it onto that album page on the right. Also, you can change the Albums main photo by dragging any photo from the album up to the single photo box that's titled "Your Album". Hope this all makes sense John. Experiment with it and I'm sure you can get the photos ordered the way you would like. :) -Tom

Hi John, since you are the parish photographer I have changed your member permissions so that you can approve your own photo and video uploads. You will now see an "Awaiting Approval" item in the right hand column of the home page after you've uploaded photos or videos. Click there and you will be taken to the approval page. This should help with managing your photos. However, Fr. Bill has decided that other parishioners are not allowed to upload photos (with the exception of parish staff) so please only approve your own photos. Let me know if you have any questions :). -Tom

Hi John, thanks for the question! Check out this article that explains how to get starteded with photos http://bit.ly/9CtMsC . At the end of the article there are a bunch of links that direct you to how to upload photos and create photo albums as well. We've been pretty organized with photos so far so please feel free to create an album and tag photos with relevant keywords and descriptions. Let me know how this works out for you :). -Tom

Hi John! Welcome to the Resurrection Catholic Parish Community Network! Still doing some clean up and such but we're preparing to launch sometime soon. I like the photo's you've added and please feel free to add some more. Also, I think you might enjoy joining the Media Ministry. We have a conversation going on over there and you may be interested in participating. It's a great place to ask questions or get info about the Community Network. Once again, welcome! - Tom
