About Tom Eberle

Welcome to my page! I've been a parishioner at RCP since 1997, and a Catholic my entire life. I live in West Linn with my wife Michele. Originally from Indianapolis, IN, I lived in New Hampshire before moving to Oregon. Michele and I have no kids but I've been active in organizations supporting children causes.

I enjoy volunteering and participation in parish ministries. Lately I've been involved in our new online community network. I lead the Media Ministry and act as the community manager for our parish website. I'm passionate about social media and and it's impact on our relationships with each other. My hope is that our community network will bring parishioners closer together, expand the reach of our ministries, and create relationships forged through participation in a way that leads to spiritual growth.

Now that you've made your way here to our new community network, how do you like it? The Resurrection Parish Team has put a lot of thought into how we should organize the website but I'm a believer in community and what you have to say is important. So, if there's something you like, don't like or have a suggestion on how we can make something better lets talk about it. Leave a comment below and lets get the discussion started!

Hi Tom,

Do you have any information on line about the upcoming trip in May to the Holy Land?  It was in the bulletin this morning but I was not able to find anything on the home page.

Thanks,

Gay Vieceli

Hi Tom, I appreciate you looking into this!  The photo's I'm trying to post on my comment wall are coming out REALLY distorted, too.  Could this be a part of the same problem?  I've posted dozens of photo's on the MOMS page in the past without issues...I'll see if Jerry can help with that, too.  Again, THANK YOU for following up!!! - Stephanie

Thanks for your response, Tom.  When I click on OPTIONS...all I get is EDIT MINISTRY or MANAGE MINISTRY MEMBERS.  Please let me know what I can do further...thanks!

Hi Tom,

I checked the "website user guide" and saw that there should be a FEATURED link that I could click to add MOMS to Resurrection's Homepage under "ministries" - but I don't believe I have that option - or I can't find it?  Is there a way MOMS can be featured for the next couple months, in light of Mother's Day around the corner!  Also - Resurrection and MOMS are organizing an Easter Lily Sale...would this be appropriate to feature under "Special Events" on Resurrection's homepage?  If so, how can I go about adding information for the event?  Thanks for your help!!!!!!  - Stephanie

Hi Tom!!

I finally made it here! Miriam and I are working together, so I think good things will be happening soon.

I know Jowell is doing the Bulletin but apparently she isn't posting it on the web site.  I'll let her know that she should be doing this.

Tom,

Since Jennifer left the PDF of the Bulletin has not been put on the web site.  Apparently there are no instruction on how to do this.  Can you teach me so I can arrange to get this done each week?

Tom, I'm not sure what the virtual gifts are on this site, but please accept my sincere thanks for the help you've given me in both answering my questions and getting the Habitat logo straightened away.

Thanks again
-Don
